Do not take more than 4 powders in 24 hours unless directed by a doctor; Children under 12 years of age: ask a doctor.

You have to have a method to taking this powder. I put water in my mouth as I hold my head up and pour the powder on the water and swallow ASAP..........the key is to hold your breath. Then I take another Big drink of water.....If you do it right, you wont taste this. This stuff is not for taste at all. The immediate pain relief of a powder is great This product is great
