So disappointed

The chimes arrived poorly packed, just paper around the chime box. I didn't even get to listen to the chimes, because there was a broken string on one of the bronze tubes. It cost me money to send them back to "YAME". I returned the chimes over two weeks ago and still haven't received a refund.
