Product good; packaging poor

I run a small public sector law department, and this product works great for its intended purpose. HOWEVER, it arrived with a 1" chunk of wood chipped off the back right side, which had to be re-attached and colored to match with furniture marker. I did not want the hassle of sending it back, so I improvised. If the product had arrived in good shape, it would have gotten five stars.
