Quality and Durability
I have yet to use the roaster. So my only comments at this time are that the product is described well by the manufacturer. My previous Anolon roaster was over 15 years old, so time for a replacement. When you buy Anolon products, you know you will have them for a long time as they are so durable and easy to clean. I haven't purchased another brand in 20years.
