Great product!
I can't say enough about this product. I've purchased it three times, having given it away twice, because i wasn't allowed to use it in an apartment, or the door frames were metal, but I always paid it forward when doing so. The benefits are simply amazing. It's simple to assemble, easy to use, and my back is grateful every day. If you want a real challenge, try doing inverted squats! They can't be done on an inversion table (i wouldn't try it, anyway). I've recommended inversion therapy to aviators who had the displeasure of having to use their ejection seats, and the results saved them from surgery. Can't say enough.

My husband is crazy about it! He says it takes a good few minutes for your muscles to finally unclench, but they do in time. He has chronic back pain (herniated discs) and has a hip injury/tightness from power lifting. However, every time he uses this he feels so, so much better. He said it was more effective than an inversion table.
