Bought this bed for my toddler and definitely wouldn't recommend for a bigger child as the slats felt very flimsy. Also as someone mentioned previously, there weren't a few pre made holes that were needed, having to make those added more stress to the wood. Overall if you're wanting a cheaper bed for the cost, it's ok.

For the most part the bed is nice. Biggest issue we have is there were clear broken stress marks already in the wood. For this to be a baby/ child's bed we have to go through and ensure there's no splintering, which shouldn't be an issue at all with something new. Also, there was a lot of missing guide holes resulting in us having to create our own which also caused some stress breaks in the wood. Definitely on the cheaper end. Another note, this bed was clearly bought and returned. Didn't seem like whoever bought it tried to put it together but some of the hardware was already opened and then just thrown back into a bag. There was no mention of this being an open box item so just a buyer beware.
