The unit works great. I have it in my living room which may be too big for the unit but it definitely cools the entire space which is amazing. The plug is a bit short to reach my wall outlet but i made it work. Info on that : my front windows stretch the entirety of wall so there is no outlet directly under or near sides. The tube for the vent stretches enough to allow me to plug into the nearest outlet so thats a plus. Running for 2 days and happy with the purchase. Company is quick to respond through email for troubleshooting and questions.
