I tried this after it was recommended by YouTuber HairScripts by Bevy. With most trends, I was skeptical-worried it will leave my hair in worse shape than before it was used, but decided to take a chance because I have damaged hair due to over-shedding. To prevent any mishaps, I mixed the Elizavecca Protien Treatment with Shea Moisture's Manuka Honey Deep Conditioner (iykyk) and left it in my hair for about two hours (I had errands to run). I'm honestly grateful I combined both. The Manuka Honey kept my hair manageable, while the Elizavecca Protein treatment reduced the shedding. Blow-drying was a breeze thanks to the combination of both products. In short, I would recommend this to anyone with low porosity, damaged, or 4C hair. Thanks Bevy.
