Kichler Dover 5 Light Brushed Nickel Transitional Chandelier with Etched Glass

I needed to replace a very uninspired builder's diningroom chandelier and this fit the bill. It is modern but not too modern. Sleek. Lights the area perfectly. Easy to assemble. I had an electrician install it because I am older and did not want to mess with the ladder and the electricity. Definitely would recommend this light fixture.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked Kichler’s Dover Chandelier so much I had a lot of trouble deciding where I was going to install it. It would have looked perfect in our entry hall, kitchen or dining room. I did end up putting it in the dining room only because that is what we intended when we ordered it. Now, I want to change out more fixtures in the house. We could have selected any finish because our dining room is contemporary and there are not metal finishes to match. I debated and selected antique brass for uniformity with adjacent rooms in the house. I thought the antique brass would make the dining room feel more traditional but now that it is installed the room looks more contemporary and elegant. The fixture centers in the room and over our table perfectly and lights the room very well. This is a big change from the pendant style fixture we replaced. We have received endless compliments and inquiries about this fixture from friends, family and guests. The chandelier itself is very well designed and the materials are high quality. Some extras that I appreciated were that this fixture came minimally but well packaged to protect the fixture during shipment. The fixture did need to be assembled but it was minimal and very easy. Likewise, the fixture was easy to hang and install. The directions were concise, easy to follow and made installation simple and stress free. This fixture looks terrific and I would highly recommend.
