Palram - Canopia Snap & Grow 8' x 20' Polycarbonate/Aluminum Walk-In Greenhouse – Silver - with 4 Roof Vents

I purchased this 8x20 ft greenhouse after doing some intensive research on comparable priced and sized brands. I also purchased a 4 ft extension to make it 24 ft long. We built a 12x32 ft wooden deck to anchor it to. I had a "professional" contractor put it together, but they told me that it went together pretty easily once they figured out all the parts. we also installed hurricane straps over the top on both ends consisting of high strength nylon rope through eyebolts anchored through the deck . It has stood up to 40-60 mph winds on several occasions. I have to say that I expected to find it scattered all over the place after one particularly bad storm, but it held up and came through it in one piece. I have had to contact the company for parts when I first bought it, and a warranty issue just this year, that was handled very quickly by Palram. When I called them they immediately addressed the issue, customer service is excellent. One of the best I have ever dealt with. If you are looking for a good quality greenhouse without spending a fortune. I would recommend one of these. You may notice that the polycarbonate doesn't appear to be clear in my photo, that is because I have installed bubble wrap inside for insulation to reduce heat loss in winter. We built this in November to winter over my tropical plants as well as start seedlings, so it had to be heated when the sun wasn't shining. Any greenhouse will have to be heated to use in winter in this area at least at night and on cloudy days when temps are low enough to freeze, of course it depends on what you plan to grow.
