Amazing quality, great value!

We needed a mantlepiece and we searched high and low for a mid price item. We considered having a custom made piece installed with a four figure price tag. However, when we found this mantlepiece on line, we knew that this would be the simplicity we would have had a craftsman create for our family room. We put the item together easily but opted to have a professional install the piece since it needed a little extra trim work due to our walls being uneven and existing millwork that abutted the mantle. We are very please with this piece and hope you will be too!

Nice Product

Mantel was very easy to assemble. I painted the mantel to match our new moulding. Have yet to install, but it looks fairly easy to do so. Product was delievered very timely and cost was very reasonable. Mantel was packaged very well, with no damage. Nice product, reasonably priced.

Quick delivery exactly what expected

I ordered this, and it was delivered in less than a week. The cost on hayneedle was much lower than buying from our local pearl mantel dealer. Hanging is easy too. The dimensions are exact and the raw wood is nice.it is very easy to put together and comes with required tools. I would recommend caulk because of the seams between the pieces if you plan to paint. The wood takes the paint very easily too. So I am sure it would also absorb a stain nicely.
