Decorative I would expect this from Temu not Walma
item was folded several times and crammed into an envelope. It is made of a thin layer of foam. like thin sheets of crafting foam with a plastic like coating over that. the creases from folding will not come out. I don't think this will provide any cushioning for a baby tumbling over. its a decoration or maybe a liner for use over another padding.
