poor quality of item shouldn't be sold at Walmart

If I could give this a -10 I would. The sofa is advertised as a 3 in 1 versatile bed but the sofa wasn't even comfortable to sit in much less sleep in. Please put a little bit more thought, effort and material on your product instead of trying to push it down people's throats AFTER the return has already been initiated. After I finally responded to a second email with what was wrong with the item and that I would not be keeping it, their response was “we will check the item when we have received it” no “I'm sorry it didn't work out”… nothing. Obviously more concerned with trying to make the sell and have me keep it. Disgusting customer service. Don't buy this piece of junk, you'll just have to go through the hassle or returning it. Also @ Nieka you guys are not in charge of issuing the refund- Walmart is and already did. You can stop with the emails now
