Packaging was insufficient

This product was packed in a plastic bag. When I opened the bag the container was warped as if it had been squeezed and ended up bent and was not "square." Because it was warped, the lid didn't fit. I filled out the online return request. Two days later, when I was getting ready to return it, the container had straightened out. perhhaps don't ship flexible items in flmsy packaging. I kept it and it does work, but is a bit smaller than expected.
