Excellent bakeware!!
If you don't want rock-hard brownies or cookie bars or dried out cake - start using aluminum pans instead of glass! Glass retains heat WAY longer than aluminum, which means your baked goods in glass will be overdone every time - even if you take them out using the suggested amount of time for your recipe - because of the heat retention. These nonstick pans rival the Williams-Sonoma gold, nonstick pans recommended by America's Test Kitchen/Cook's Illustrated 100%.
