Consider for cotton

The cotton and the product are great. But I ordered "long" and received short (Walmart issue?), making the $9.99 price even tougher to pay. I almost rated as 2 stars, simply because I could not open the plastic wrap! Usually there is a perforated line or some convenient option. I usually leave in the original container but it ripped and (luckily wrapped) products fell all over the floor.
