I bought 2 of these so I could install wall mounts inside the box and keep the TVs flush to the wall (which is not what this box is designed for). One person can install this box easily in 30 minutes. You will need some electrical skills and a nearby power source if you are going to use the interior junction box. Details for installing a mount in the box: First, I had to find wall mounts that were small enough to fit inside the box and needed just 1 stud for installation. (I found one mount large enough to pull the TV 15" from the wall). Second, I had to cut away a few of the interior pieces that were in the way (you could just snap them off if you aren't picky). I was able to use the power connection in one of the installations but didn't use it in another-- to make space for the mount. (The 2nd TV had a low voltage power supply I could run the power legally through the L-V openings.) The final step is to install the TV wall mount inside the box by screwing it into the adjacent stud (the Arlington can be mounted to a stud or not). Given the size of the interior and screwing into the side of a stud you are somewhat limited in the weight of the TV that you can use; about 30-40 lbs max. The largest TV I mounted was 37". New Smart TV's are very light.
