Great price for a quality supplement. I chose this product because it comes in the form of Methyl-folate which is better absorbed than folic acid. A small size tablet with no taste that is easy to take - just one a day. This is to help me with my PCOS.

Excelente!
More bioavailable formula of folate. Always take together with B12, B6 and B2 as they have a synergistic effect. If you take just one of them, you can unbalance the others. Always take it in the morning and make sure you're not taking too much and methylation increases. If you notice that you are very irritated after taking it, and also during the day, take 50mg of niacin every 20 minutes (3 times), and the irritation will stop (if it is supermethylation). I say this from my own experience and also from Professor Ben Lynch's lessons. Excess methylfolate can also put a strain on the adrenals. Caution.

Excellent!
Very important vitamin for children and adults. It will help with fatigue, as a result of a lack of strength -anemia. Participates in blood-forming, is important when planning pregnancy, for the proper operation of the baby's nervous tube. The methyl form is the correct active form of vitamin B9, especially if there are folate mutations, high homocysteine. The quality and price are worthy, this is not pharmacy folic acid, be healthy!
