- ‌MADE TO LAST - Made of 100% recycled Plastic Wood makes the container durable over 20 years. The Trash container is impervious to moisture, rot, mold, and insects. Due to the recylced HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) material the can is maintenance-free and requires no painting or staining.
- LARGE CAPACITY - The 40 Gallon Capacity is the larger footprint that makes this trash can perfect for both indoor and outdoor uses. This receptacle is perfect for all commercial and municipal spaces including parks, schools, apartment buildings, gyms, hotels and any high traffic location.
- EASY TO CHANGE - The Easy Bag System holds the trash can liner bag in place so it doesn't fall in and makes servicing the receptacle easy and clean. The rigid liner is not included but available as an option.
- INCLUDES LID - This trash receptacle includes a lid to keep trash contained and prevent wind from blowing trash. The lid is not entirely rain proof but will prevent most rain from collecting in the trash can.
- WEATHER-PROOF WOOD LOOK - The recycled plastic wood gives the same look as a natural wood but is much more durable and able to withstand rain, snow, ice, and sun outside for many years.

The Tall 40 Gallon Trash Receptacle combines style and functionality to complement the Green-Scapes line of benches and tables. They are ADA compliant and available with the choice of a flat lid with a round opening as shown here, or with an integrated rain-cap. The Tall 40 Gallon Trash Receptacle can also be paired with our matching 40 Gallon Recycling Receptacles to encourage the separation of recyclables and trash bound for a landfill. Also known as the T40, our 40-gallon trash bin includes a rigid liner and our Easy-Bag System which helps prevent trash bag collapse and secures your trash bag in the liner. It’s both a labor saver and will keep your maintenance personnel happier! Contractor bags are recommended due to the large capacity.
