Weak fabric
One year warranty. The top ripped on this fairly quickly. Cost to replace is nearly as much as the entire structure. Vendor should recognize the high failure rate and price replacement canvas accordingly. I recommend you get the heavy duty 10 year warranty canvas or better PVC 15 year warranty (both pro-rated) instead of this junk canvas that is pretty much useless and will fail quickly. Note, we took ours down twice prior to hurricanes. It still failed on other in a lesser situation.
