This top fits TIGHT. I ordered 3X and thank goodness the fabric is stretchy, it fits more like a 1x, and is as snug as a corset. If that is what you are looking for, then this top would look great with black pants or skirt. But if you lack a well defined waistline, it's just not going to look right.
