i love the boots, after weeks of searching i finally found what i was looking for!!! Sadly I did not get them. My order was processed, shipping label created, and was on it way but the shipping company never received it. After several days I contacted the seller and got a notification stating my order way cancelled. No reply to my message no apology or explanation of any kind. After finding a phone number for the company I spoke to a man with no customer service skills who told me the item was defective and they don't expect to get anymore. VERY DISAPPOINTED
