This Sweet Baby Is the Cat's Meow
Incredible saute pan. Now that I've had a chance to put it in the rotation for a couple of weeks I can say with confidence that it is the best saute pan I've ever cooked with. The non-stick quality is outstanding, and I can already tell that I need to lessen the amount of oil that I am used to cooking with. Heat distribution is where it really shines, though. I was suspicious that the copper layer was a marketing shtick, but, like Neil Diamond, now I'm a believer. It's a big pan - obviously much bigger than a typical burner - but I found that food around the edge very nearly cooked entirely evenly with what I had in the center. Highly recommend.

My son in law has a set of these pans and likes them so I bought this pan for my husband's birthday and he loves it. The flat bottom braises several pieces of meat evenly - he made chicken Marsala and I made veal roll ups with a white wine sauce so far. Looking forward to trying more recipes. It's heavy so the "helper handle" is quite helpful.

Excellent, versatile pan
This is our go-to pan for family cooking. It's extremely well made but not too heavy. The sides are just high enough that a big meal of greens doesn't fly out. Our last pan like this didn't come with a lid which we now couldn't live without. Double thumbs up.
