The fire pit is a great value and performs as it should. I'm very happy with the end result. When it arrived however, it was missing the assembly instructions, hardware, and Allen wrench. I was not able to put together. I attempted to reach out to the manufacturer to figure out a solution, but the only way to contact them was through email and it took about a day to get a response and I unfortunately was needing it assembled right away for a gift. I looked for reviews of the same product on other sale platforms and found a picture someone posted in a review of the assembly instructions and that it should have come with 64 screws and 16 nuts so I used that information to purchase the missing hardware. Customer service later worked with me to find a satisfactory resolution.
