- Size & Package - The kit includes 3 sizes of M4x20, M5x25, M6x25, each with 5 pcs expansion screw petal nut, providing ample quantity for all your installation needs.
- Wide Application - The rivet nuts are suitable for most applications, especially for thin or hollow materials where traditional fasteners difficult to handle, such as aluminum alloy, steel pipe, iron sheet and acrylic plate, for hanging curtain rods, hollow doors, metal frames, wall cabinets, wall panels, coat racks, license plates and container labels, etc.
- Easy to Install - The petal nuts are designed for hand and air tools, and are simple to install. Use two wrenches/pliers, one to fix the rivet nut to prevent it from rotating after being inserted into the hole; the other to tighten the nut to fix it in place. Screw the screw into the nut and tighten until it is firmly pressed. Be careful to avoid over-tightening to prevent stripping.
- Note - The jack nuts are made of carbon steel with high strength, rust-proof, corrosion-resistant, not easy to deform or break, can be firmly fixed to the plate, suitable for long-term use in various environments. It is recommended to select an appropriate tip and avoid the guide for optimal flange access.
- Petal-shaped Metal Nuts - The petal-shaped design of the nut allows the screw to grip the wall during expansion better, providing a more tightening effect, reducing slipping and effectively preventing loosening. The petal shape can also evenly distribute the clamping force and protect the fastened parts from damage.
