I'm feeling better!!! And I'm starting to lose weight again I'm beyond grateful and I can't even begin to express how relieved I am to lose went gosh I had given up hope. I really can't wait to see how this all works. Better is better ! I've dieted for ten years!! Every fad diet spent hundreds wasted my time this is the best thing I've done for myself. Be aware, sometimes I notice an odor you know like herbs smell too herby at times but I don't care it works!!
