A truly trusted vitamin
When I was little, I took Flintstone vitamins and that's what I've given my children for over 32 years. They don't contain any food dies. They are a much better option than the gummy vitamins. My children range and age from 11 to 32 and none of them have ever complained about the taste or the texture. We are never without these vitamins.

good utility supplemental vit.
flintstone vits have been around for a very long time. I know of clinics that often recommend them because of their excellent absorbtion rate. This particular formula is fortified with Vit C. Although this is marketed as a children vit, I typically purchase them to double as an immunity support and daily vit for travel. It is easy to ingest as a chewable with a tolarable flavor.

Our family was constantly sick from. The colds our 5 year old brought home from school so I tried these on a whim because the price was right and figured they have been around forever so they have to do something right.
