PERFECT CHOICE IN A TRADITIONAL SETTING
needed a clock in my living room so this is the Perfect time piece for my space. this clock lives on an occasional oval wooden table where I keep some antique vases, an Asian black lacquered chest, and a traditional table lamp. needed a clock that was not wood and would compliment the items on the table. this Bulova desktop clock did the trick! simple lines, presents antique roman numeral style and the engraved plate is included separately which is great if you're not wanting an engraved plate stuck to the clock. price is very reasonable, too, considering Bulova craftsmanship. don't know that i'd buy if my furnishings were highly modern in style, unless one wanted to introduce a piece of stylistic "upset" into the residential scene. I recommend this clock and now that I think about it, the Bulova would be a lovely gift!

Not long term quality.
This clock is very attractive and fit our need but after a year it is loosing time constantly even with a new brand name battery. The other shopping site has many reviews stating the same problem.
