Bluebonnet Vitamin D3 1000 IU Cholecalciferol from Fish Oil, 100 Days

I'm exceptionally pleased with the Bluebonnet brand of Vitamin D3, 1,000 iu, 100 (from fish oil source) softgels. Prior to purchasing the product, I had concerns about taking any Vitamin D3 due to an experience I had years ago when I took ANOTHER brand and had an immediate issue with nausea, even though I had eaten as directed prior to taking it. Since I had never taken the Bluebonnet brand, I called the manufacturer to find out how I could avoid nausea when taking their Vitamin D3, and was told that with the Bluebonnet brand, I should have no problem even if I didn't eat prior to taking it. Not only have I had NO issue with nausea, I've found that swallowing the small, smooth softgels is so easy, and that's an added plus! Bluebonnet Vitamin D3 checks all the boxes for me, and I've also noticed NO nausea since having graduated to a higher dosage as recommended by my physician. I realize everyone may have different experiences, but as for me, I now trust Bluebonnet so much that it's the only brand of Vitamin D3 I plan to purchase in the future.
