I want to love the couch so much but I just can't

I would definitely give it 5 stars if the back pillows were thicker and with a stiffer material inside. Like I told them when I returned it, I want to love the couch so much, but I just can't. The back pillows are too thin and the cotton inside just bunches up, you can also feel the wooden bar in your back. I loved the Corduroy material they use though.
