This item was way too soft for me. It is very soft and your whole-body sinks in and when you try to roll over, you fall in the hole because the memory foam takes time to fluff back up. I started the return process for this item, and all was going well until I got to a Walmart store to return it. Yes, it was bought online, and the return instructions said I can take it to a local Walmart store. I showed the lady at the customer service counter, she took the first item I was returning with no problem. It was small, and she put it in a package and printed a label for it and it was ready to go. The mattress topper was a different story. My husband and I had to literally lay on this topper and roll it up and put bungee cords around it to keep it together. The lady at the counter said "the computer says we can't take it" even after showing her the information on my email stating that I can take it to a Walmart store. I guess it was too heavy for them, but no one said anything about it. I think she was just too lazy to deal with it. I'm going to try returning to a different Walmart location, I also contacted the seller to find out what they'll tell me. You would think Walmart would help me (the customer) They could have done a better job in helping me. Luckily, I'm writing this, as my husband would not be so nice about this situation. We just want a refund and get this topper returned.
