This is a great item! Easy to install, adjustable height and three options for a timer. It took me less than five minutes to put together.. I already had a rectangle herb garden, and this works perfect for it. I planted new herb seeds last week and they have sprouted already. I would highly recommend this.

Not sure why the light looks so pink in the photo - in real life, it is full spectrum and looks "white" (made up of white, red and blue LEDs) on a vertically-adjustable supports. Default 16 hour auto timer but adjustable for longer hours too. I bought my second grow light recently so that my seeds can be healthy, strong peppers and tomato starts ready to go at Last Frost date.
