No more opening oven

I asked for this for Christmas and used it that day for my tenderloin roast. No guessing, came out perfect! I did set the temp for 5 degrees my normal like based off of a recommendation from a friend. Used it as well for my New Year’s fresh ham and came out perfect as well. No more opening oven to let heat escape.

Nice Packaging

My husband enjoyed opening this up! The case is very durable and nice looking. He can’t wait to try it out. He’s a regular chef at our house doing the bbq and smoking of meats.

So far, perfection

I received this as a gift on Christmas, today. I used it to smoke a tri-tip roast, and it came out perfectly. The set up was very easy and it is a no-brainer to use while cooking. I love the way I can read the details on my phone, and watch the temperature easily. So much nicer than the one I had with wires! Very intuitive and easy to use.
