Be patient for the first 24 hours. i was frusterated at first cause it seemed so lopsided and drabby. i fluffed it up and let it do its expanding. i kept the inside cube separate from the eggplant while it expanded for 24 hours. next morning this what we got! a solid,plush, sturdy, comfy squishy beanbag. my grandson loves it. def recommend! its adorable!
