The first problem is that the bed came with one wrong leg. Called Walmart and what you get is an AI assistant. It comes on with some questions, but none of them would work, so then it would stick you into a loop as most AI does nowadays. The AI helper was absolutely useless. Then I tried to look up the name of the company because the AI said to see if there was a name on the book which there was not for who the maker was, but when I went into my Walmart account online I found the name of the bed or the manufacturer. Then I had to Google that, it had a phone number.,.. of course it didn't work. Also AI Walmart said this is a non-returnable item. We managed to figure something else out with the leg... bottom line, buying from Walmart from a third party gets No help! Also the bed is wobbly it's not because of the legs it's just because of the quality I would not recommend this bed. I chose Walmart because of the price and the look, it has a great look. The bed, like I said, has a tendency to be shaky when you're laying on it. Do not purchase from Walmart, because you can get no service for the bed. I was a Walmart Associate when I purchased this bed, and before I put a review in it said, to make sure if I was an associate to state that. Left Walmart because I moved to another area and I actually liked working at Walmart.

We received this item with imperfections and paint chips. Beautiful bed, but it looks as though we bought a used bed from Goodwill. Walmart, if you are going to jump on the "Marketplace" bandwagon, please do better due diligence on your Sellers to make sure they sell quality products. I needed two daybeds. My first purchase came from Bed Bath %26 Beyond, which arrived without damages and is of quality. I decided to buy the second bed from your marketplace because of the value. I sincerely regret it. Now your seller has made money because gathering the bed to return is too much of an inconvenience.

The bed arrived 2weeks late and the first item delivered was a tv console instead of a bed. Then finally they sent the right product after more 4 days. Quality is ok ish. You get what you pay for I guess. I didn't have a good experience, unfortunately.
