We do allow returns for fit an comfort, but not after they have been worn outside of your home. We recommend always trying your new shoes on well in the comfort of your home prior to electing to wear them outside your home. Once you have done this, the shoe is no longer a new shoe. If you feel there is something structurally wrong with your shoes that resulted in the pain you encountered, we do offer an 180-day warranty against manufacturer defect.
