Product details
Promote swift healing with Curity non-adhering dressings. As these non-adhesive dressings don't stick to wounds, they don't cause further harm during removal by disrupting the wound. This makes them easy to remove or replace. A balanced, healthily moist environment is required for proper wound healing, so the oil emulsion dressing maintains the right balance of moisture and helps in the healing process. Its breathable, knitted mesh absorbs and aids in the drainage of wound secretions, reducing the risk of leakage, infection and maceration by relieving the wound of excess moisture. These oil emulsion dressings are sterile so that it adds no new contaminants to the wound. Measuring 3 x 8 in, these rectangular impregnated dressings are suitable for lengthy wounds, delicate stitches and graft areas.
