I purchased this Equate dental Extra comfort mint floss, amd it is not as good as the regular Equate mint flavor floss! I have super tight teeth and this particular floss breaks between my teeth. The regular Equate mint floss is always out of stock!s

After I found Oral B changed their glide floss ingredients due to a lawsuit, I changed to the equate version of easy glide comfort floss. In 2025, the equate comfort glide was still based on the same design formula as the Oral B glide brand. Oral B changed it due to consumers discovering they used forever chemicals to make the floss glide easily which posed health risks. Oral B therefore discontinued it and made a new design that is rough and rigid gets stuck in teeth. So I went to equate. I just reordered assuming it was still the same. Upon using I discovered equate followed suite and altered their product removing the forever chemicals and taking away the easy glide formula and advertising. This version l, like the Oral B formula gets stuck in between teeth. However the is equate version frays rips into pieces leaving it in your mouth. The new version of Oral B is bad but this equate version is worse.
