We are very pleased with the overall quality of the 5pc set - HOWEVER buyer beware regarding the measurements of the products description on Walmart's website. The chairs we received were smaller than advertised in the description as well as the side table. After emailing customer service repeatedly and calling, they eventually did acknowledge that the table was incorrect but would not acknowledge the chairs were incorrect. Finally, after a few more emails and calls back and forth with customer service they did offer a small partial refund for the error misprint. The only other frustration was that while assembling the ottomans all the hardware pieces were not present, we had to contact customer service by email and also call twice for the hardware, it took several days to receive. Customer service did not expedite our hardware replacement until the second call. The assembling turned into about a week process. Once everything was put together the set turned out nice, just emphasizing the measurements can be extremely off.

It takes awhile to assemble the entire set. Using a power drill isnt ideal since it can strip out the openings. We like the looks and comfort of this set. Its a good deal for what you get when comparing to retail furniture stores.
