Helix Midnight Luxe with GlacioTex Cooling Medium Mattress, Full

Literally slept better the first night we had it. Our old mattress was horrible so how sly anything would have been an improvement but still think this mattress was a great choice especially for the price. I was having daily back pain and the chiropractor kept telling me it was probably my mattress, the pain went away within a couple days and now I'm saving money by not having to see the chiropractor every week

The bed didn't work for me - I found it to be too soft and I took a refund as it was my second try with Helix. So my four star rating is not about the mattress, though I'm sure it's a perfectly good mattress. It just wasn't right for me. It's about the company. I cannot say enough good things about Helix. It was clear to me that they really want you to get the mattress that's right for you. They give you longer than most companies to try out their mattress. They upgraded to the glaciatex for me and didn't charge. They immediately responded and offered a refund when I let them know the second try wasn't working and they made it happen early even though they ask for 30 days trial. They were kind. So, I'm sorry their mattresses didn't work for me, but I would recommend Helix to anybody.
