This kitchen island is exactly what we needed for our kitchen. The price of this item was $400 cheaper than other websites. I would highly recommended this island. It is a very pretty, sturdy, offers extra storage that we very much needed in our kitchen and it is a very solid island. It is well worth the money. It took me 2 hours to put it together. (by myself). I didn't know Walmart sold anything like this! Shipping was free and delivery was very fast.

Was totally blown away that THIS IS REAL WOOD!!!!!! Very very nice!!!! BUT....after you get it all set up and read about how to care for it... Rather disappointed..no hot, no cold, can't write or have anything with pressure sit on the wood and cannot use anything with rubber pads on bottom. Hmmmmm....rather limits the uses I was planning on using it for. So I am going to have a thin piece of granite cut and set on top so I can use it for what I wanted....room for things in the kitchen! Over all I love it! Fits perfectly in my kitchen and everyone who has seen it was amazed that it wasn't built to match!

This is a nice addition to a kitchen. I was surprised how quick it shipped, not bad putting together and looks great. I have looked everywhere, I was considering a solid wood island but this is a nice looking piece. Very pleased. You can't go wrong - try it, if you don't like, it's nice to have the option of returning it to Walmart.
