Floral and Calming!

This is one of my favorite evening drinks. It's not like a sparkling seltzer or other juice drink; the flavor is closer to a light floral liqueur and tonic and honestly it feels more like a good stand-in for and alcoholic beverage to me, rather than something I'd drink casually, and I really enjoy it. The elderflower flavor in particular is heavy on the tartness, a tiny bit bitter but with a slight hint of sweetness and with an aftertaste closer to a plain seltzer (slightly mineral.) If you want something with more fruit and less tart I'd recommend grabbing the raspberry version instead.
