[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has helped me a lot with managing stress. As a mom, my days can get pretty busy and overwhelming, and this has become part of my routine. I usually take it with dinner, but if I wake up feeling stressed or anxious in the morning, I'll have it then as well. It tastes really good, which makes it enjoyable to drink. Love the taste if Nello Passion Colada SuperCal...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the taste of Passion Colada! I found if I have one drink (1 pkg. in 16 oz water bottle) with my last snack (cashews!) then another a half hour before I want to go to bed works best for me at this time.
