It arrived damaged, bent, and the thin metal it was made of is not oven safe at all. It belongs in a doll house or a kids imaginary tea party tray. And measured way smaller than size I ordered. But this item is falsely advertised, the picture does not match the item they send. Belongs in garbage can. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

To start with, the way you presented the item was borderline fraudulent. You said that it was a 13x9 pan. It was a 5x7 small serving tray that arrived damaged and flattened. So Walmart graciously and immediately offered a refund. But after charging me $4.99 for shipping and $1.44 for the pan itself, you only refunded me a total of $4.55. I am still owed $1.88
