I was hoping this would arrive flat. It was, instead, wrapped very tightly and it took an act of Congress to get it straightened out and lying flat. It was, therefore, two days before I could even use it and it is much softer than I expected. I hope it lasts. The one it replaced was quite hard and lasted five years.
