This is one of my favorites! I personally like to brew and add a little bit of honey to help unwind after a stress filled day. I also use it in the morning and add in milk to make a tea latte to start my mornings on the right foot. 10/10 would recommend

Delicious Balance of Flavors with a great aroma

I really enjoy Yogi Lavender Stress Relief tea. I like to brew a full pitcher and keep it in the fridge so I can sip it cold throughout the day, on days I know that will be busy and stressful and then heat up a warm cup at night as part of my wind-down routine. It tastes smooth and naturally floral with a wonderful balance of flavors without being overpowering, and the aroma is wonderfully calming. I enjoy this tea and end a stressful day with a warm cup!
