This cabinet was a lifesaver at Thanksgiving. I could cook all my sides and put them in the warmer. The online description should note that there is a water tray requiring water at the bottom…. This makes it not the best for bread as steam on bread then causes it to be hard if not eaten immediately…. I will use this throughout the year and am delighted with it.

Purchase this product for Thanksgiving to keep a large families meal warm. It did the job amazingly. Would recommend purchasing. Used it again at Christmas. And look forward to using it for my future family gatherings. The only thing that is weird about this box, is the temperature dial set at weird numbers. There's not a 170, there's like a 168. Just have to tweak the dial to get it to where you want it to sit to whole food?

the glass door does not seal tightly and heat leaks through the gaps, the temperature control is off by 5-10F degrees on the high side and it must be adjusted using a good thermometer, other than that, its well built unit, best bang for your buck.
