Runs small, but so soft and pretty

Sizing is runs small but VERY good sweater. I usually wear an XL for a loose fit, and I sized up to a XXL and it still isn’t as loose as I expected, but it’s not tight. The sweater seems to also really only get wider in larger sizes, not longer. Even though I sized up, it still only hit at the top of my back pockets on my jeans. However, despite the smaller sizing, this sweater is SO soft and great quality. So much so that I am considering buying a second color. The sweater is not thin and does not feel cheap like I was expecting. Pleasantly surprised by this sweater. I’ve read reviews that it loses some of the beads, so I plan on washing inside out in a laundry bag and trying to avoid wearing a purse with it unless I have on a jacket to protect the beading.
