Pelican 1650 Case with Foam (Black)

Bought this in a rush to transport tools I had shipped to one location and needed to then check on a plane to another. The box I sent was too big, so I needed something the size of a large checked bag. The 1650 seemed to be a good fit and it was. Everything fit and I was able to get it on the plane no problem. Walmart wasn't my first choice (don't generally associate them with Pelican cases). I tried Amazon and local places, but none could meet my timeframe. Walmart was (to me) a long shot, but turned out to be the perfect fit. While one other place could get the case to me overnight at over $200, Walmart did the same for $10! Definitely saved the day without hurting my wallet.

This case is as tough as they come. Great portability features and evironmental protection. Downside is empty weight at nearly 25lbs. makes it almost impractical for airline 50lb. baggage limits.
