Return process was smooth. Good mattress, just not for me.

I actually returned my bed after the 30 day period. I wanted the softest mattress on the market, and thats what I got. Unfortunately it was TOO soft and I started having sciatica back problems as a result. The return process was easy, and they stand by their products so I'm really happy they didn't jerk me around. I'd do business with them again, they're an honorable company. The mattress was also of good quality, but like i said too soft. I kept the platform for my next mattress.

I wish I had done it sooner.

I am delighted with my. Helix Sunset mattress. I no longer wake up in the middle of the night with hip or back pain, and the cooling top really works. I honestly expected a break-in period, but there wasn't one. I do wish I had bought this mattress sooner!

Best Mattress Ever - For Me

I needed a new mattress because I had my old memory foam one for so long that I don't even remember when I bought it. I had back pain, hip pain, shoulder pain and could not get a good nights sleep. I bought this on recommendation from my son who bought one and I'm happy I did. No more back, shoulder and hip pain. I also bought the cooling cover which I highly recommend. I'm a warm sleeper and the cooling cover helps with that, a lot. Overall, I am very happy with this mattress.
